“They say with age comes wisdom - but I believe it's really about experience. The kind that comes from walking alongside others through their pain, and sometimes walking that same path ourselves. My approach is grounded in deep empathy and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.

I bring real-life experience into my work, shaped by personal journeys through foster care, parenting a child with autism, single parenting, trauma, loss, domestic violence, chronic pain, cancer and other life transitions. These experiences have taught me not to judge, but to meet each person with compassion, understanding and respect for where they are in their journey.

In our work together, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself. Drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs - whether you are seeking clarity, coping tools, resources or deeper emotional healing.

Above all, I'm here to listen and walk beside you. Together, we will explore your strengths, uncover hope and work toward building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling - one you are excited to wake up to every day.”
